  • Health care: Delegate Cole voted to cap out of pocket health care costs on prescription drugs for Virginians with pre-existing conditions.
  • Economy: Delegate Cole passed legislation that raises the minimum wage, and he has fought to protect workers' rights.
  • Voting Rights: Delegate Cole voted to expand voting rights.
  • Education: Delegate Cole supported bipartisan legislation that will make community college tuition free for low income students.
  • Criminal Justice Reform: Delegate Cole voted to end chokeholds, require body cameras and end no knock warrants.
  • Renaming Jefferson Davis Hwy: Delegate Cole took the lead on historic legislation, including legally renaming Jefferson Davis Highway to Emancipation Highway.
  • Women's rights: Delegate Cole voted in favor of the ERA and has fought to protect a woman's right to choose.
  • Climate change: protecting our natural environment by standing up to big polluters.
