Dan Helmer ran in the 2018 10th Dist. Democratic Congressional primary and lost to Jennifer Wexton

Dan is an Army veteran who served in Afghanistan, Iraq, South Korea, and several domestic postings.

The son and grandson of immigrants, Dan has devoted much of his life to serving the country that welcomed his family when they were refugees.

He works as a business strategist in the private sector advising both U.S. government agencies and companies.

He is a Rhodes Scholar.
