Kecia Evans is a Democrat, in 2021 running for Delegate in HD-88.

Kecia Evans holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, a master's in Cybersecurity/Digital Forensics, and master in laws degree in National Security Law. She has more than 22 of experience in criminal justice.

Growing up, her father served in the US Air Force, giving her the privilege of living in other countries and experiencing diversity among other cultures.

She is married with four children and two dogs, and has lived in Stafford County since 2015.
