Martha Mugler was first elected HD-91 Delegate in 2019 with 55% of the vote.

A 10 year veteran of the Hampton School Board, Martha has a lifelong history of public service and dedication to the community. She has lived, worked, and raised her family in the district and she has served on the Virginia 529/Able Now Board, the Hampton Arts Foundation Board, Downtown Hampton Child Development Center Board, the Educational Advisory Committee of Hampton Roads Educational Telecommunications Association for WHRO and is passionate about education, equal rights for all Virginians, and the environment.
