Dear Senator,
When you deny access of assault firearms to youth younger than 21, it can be a preventive measure to mass shootings, suicides and overall gun violence.

Data has shown six of the nine deadliest mass shootings in our country since 2018 were committed by young men under the age of 21 who lack the impulse control brought on by their brain being not fully developed until the age of 25.

With your vote, raising the age to purchase assault firearms can prevent this deadly trend from continuing to rise and we hope to save innocent lives.
