Dear Delegate,
Teachers earn about ¼ less than people in comparable professions, which is making it hard to attract and keep teachers and other school staff. As a result schools are short staffed.
To attract teachers back to the classroom teacher pay must be increased. That is why it is important to vote for this bill.
