Field Team 6

If your group ever does voter registration drives, Field Team 6 has a database that identifies unregistered likely Democratic voters and will help set up any type of campaign you prefer and share that data with your group. They will set up free phone or text banking or postcarding campaigns (or all three) for you using the data they already own. You can reach out to Partnerships@FieldTeam6.org for more info. My county committee worked with them in the spring and we texted over 65,000 non-registered likely Democrats in less than an hour!
